Purpose and Goal:
Our client is building a Single Cloud Operations team. Therefore they need to build support models, support processes and other related documentation. One of the key tasks as part of the building is to write a number of documents that will cover Office 365 and Azure Cloud processes.

The technical writer will report to the Project Manager.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

. Being proactive in for searching and analyzing existing documentation at different places, distillation of the information into a new document. 

. Write documents and taking responsibility for the process of getting it reviewed and approved.

. Action driven, sprint minded delivery of tasks biweekly and taking the responsibility of getting there.

. Incorporate all review changes suggested and re-submit the documents for review.

Management and Competencies:
. Capable of writing (technical) support documentation with excellent look and feel and an eye for detail.
. Great understanding of IT service- and support management together with office 365 and azure.
. Ability to work with the team and be proactive (in your communication).
. Good understanding of Microsoft word and excel.
. Driven by efficiency and be solution minded to every challenge that you face.
 
Qualifications:

. Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience, with writing technical documents on IT service- and support management (on office 365 & Azure)

. Good written and oral communication skills in English. (preferred : native speaker)

. Good sense of English grammar.
