    Project Manager (Cloud)

    Duur : t/m 31.12.2018 met mogelijke optie tot verlenging
    Inzet : 40 uur per week

    For our client we are seeking ambitious professionals who can temporary act as entrepreneurs to help develop (parts of) our digital platform and/ or help our customers onboarding. Our platform will be based upon the latest advances in software and infrastructure architecture including Cloud Native, Containers and Micro Services movements and related platforms and tools such as Kubernetes and thus we expect candidates to be both passionate about and well versed in these critical subjects.

    Program :
    Projectmanager to support one or more FY18 critical projects within the Cloud Central Improvement program and/ or other operational activities like:
    -    Follow up on actions coming out of ITS Global leadership country visits (CH, PT, IT, JP etc.)
    -    Building Cloud Central instances in JP, UK, CA
    -    Get member firms already serviced to sign SOW (Statement Of Work: an agreement between Cloud Central and its customer)
    Primary Purpose and Goal :
    The Projectmanager will be reporting to the Head of Cloud Central and assisting the onboarding- and relationship manager and is responsible for the delivery and support of:
    -    Balance workload within onboarding team so onboarding performance will increase
    -    Improve / describe processes and procedures
    -    Eliminate current backlog on SOW’s in general

    Responsibilities and Tasks
    -    Monitoring overall progress, initiating corrective action where necessary
    -    Reporting through agreed lines on progress through highlight reports
    -    Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other team members and their impact
    -    Adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards
    -    Managing SOW administration
    -    Processing onboarding requests
    -    Creating SharePoint library, and storeing onboarding materials and approvals for each customer
    -    Consolidating and update existing Cloud Central customer list
    -    Updating existing onboarding process flow and diagram
    -    Creating onboarding process flow and diagram for new Cloud Central service offerings
    -    Work with Sales Manager to increase visibility and understanding of Cloud Central

    -    Proven ability to dynamically prioritize work efforts to meet deadlines and work effectively with minimal supervision in a team environment.
    -    Able to evaluate information quickly, look beyond the information, gather appropriate facts and evidence and explore potential root causes before a conclusion is made.
    -    Demonstrate ability to lead discussions in a constructive way with clear goals, deliverables and with documented agreements and follow up actions.
    -    Build constructive working relations across the different teams, functions, cultures, genders and demonstrate corporate behaviors and value.
    -    Get the job done mentality even if it requires putting in time outside office hour’s, and ability to interact professionally under pressure with a wide range of customers ranging from end-users to IT staff to management to external service providers.
    -    Confidence in dealing with staff, managers and partners across the firm
    -    Works closely with the Cloud Central team and follow the standards and guidance from the team


    Working Environment
    Reporting: Head of Cloud Central, Cloud Central Program Manager.
    Location: Mostly regio A’dam supporting the Project team (A’veen/ Sofia/ Calcutta & Montvale)
    Travel: not applicable

    Qualifications :
    -    Excellent communication skills in English, verbally and in writing to all levels of the organization.
    -    Experience of working in a multi-cultural and multi-vendor environment in a multi-discipline team in multiple country locations with sound knowledge in building effective working relationships.
    -    Experience with on-site, offshore, third party and remote team members
    -    Documented understanding of ITIL processes, SOW’s, Affidavits, Agreements, SLA’s and KPI’s, cost of service and Risk and security
    -    Understanding of technology architecture in an enterprise environment.
    -    Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure or other Cloud, Windows Server and Linux.
    -    Experience in implementing and managing controls for ISO27001

    Education / Academics :
    -    5+ years of related experience in a client facing operations role
    -    Experience in performing in small teams or projects is a plus
    -    A strong understanding of IT processes, challenges and issues
    -    Past successes in contributing to business transformation projects
    -    Previous Client Onboarding or similar experience
    -    Microsoft Office or other project management tools
